and as expected it's more orange and lighter than the other side (new cedar is not the same is 30 year old cedar and the oil soaks in differently). but the wall is better than where we started.
many many lessons learned on this project. one of my objectives was to test drive the guys doing the work. would i hire these boys for my bigger renovation project? i'm not sure. the positive is that they were somewhat pleasant to work. but NOT to my standards. not even close!!!
